Rollinets / Mattress
We can manufacture sewn bags and Rollinets for single mattresses.
The stockinette is produced in Polyester and Poly/Cotton mix in rolls, sewn bags or pre stretched bundles.
After knitting the stockinette material it is rolled into a tube to make different widths and sizes to make it easy to put the stockinette over the cushion or mattresses.
This is a cheap and easy way of applying stockinette to the foam.
It is the first step before considering a machine.
